Mom's Beans

4 cans beans(you could also use uncooked beans, just soak over night)
6 tablespoons salsa
1 can chicken broth(about 2cups)
3 onions,chopped
Simmer onions in deep pot with olive oil to barely cover until onions are soft. Stir in (in order)- salsa, chicken broth and beans(drain and rinse canned beans). Cook for 15-20 min. (if using dried beans, cook 'til soft). Serve with rice.|
