Amaretto Pie

Crust:
1 stick margarine,melted
1 c. self-rising flour
3/4-1 c. pecans (depending on how much you like)
Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese,softened
3 T. Amaretto(I use 5 or 6)
1 c. cool whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sm.pkgs instant vanilla pudding
31/2 c. milk
toasted almond slivers
|For crust-mix melted butter,flour & pecans together and press into buttered or sprayed pie plate. Bake @ 350 for 12-15 min. until golden. Let cool.
Mix pudding mix & milk together and let set in fridge. Mix cream cheese,amaretto, sugar & cool whip together and spread on top of cooled crust. Spread pudding on top of cream cheese mixture. Top w/ remaining cool whip and almond slivers. Keep Refridgerated. You will need to use atleast a 9 in. pie plate if not bigger, this is a very thick pie. Hope you enjoy, this is a WONDERFUL pie!!!
