Amaretto Brownies

12 Servings
1/4 lb Sweet butter
2 oz Semi-sweet chocolate
2 Eggs, well beaten
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Almonds or pecans
1/4 c Amaretto liquor
Chocolate frost if desired
Frozen yogurt topping is great !. Preheat oven to 325. Grease an 8
inch square pan. Melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan; set
aside to cool. Stir in eggs. Add remaining ingredients, except
Amaretto, and mix well. Bake 35 minutes; brownies should still be
soft. Cool. Poke with fork; pour Amaretto over top of brownies.
Refrigerate overnight. If desired, ice with favorite chocolate
frosting, or simply top with forzen yogurt when serving. (We like
black cherry yogurt best!)
