3 Hr. Steaks

8 eye of round steaks
4 c.beef boullion
4c. water
flour
salt& pepper,to taste
I also use Mrs. Dash table blend,to taste.|Take steaks,and pound them, until thin.Flour steaks,then brown them.Drain.Mix beef boullion and water,and pour on top of steaks. Let them come to a boil,on high.Then turn down to low,and cook for 3 hours,making sure it doesn't boil dry.Add more liquid,if needed.When steaks are done,take out,and make gravy out of broth,using 1/4 c.flour to 1/2 c. cool water.
