1 pkg. Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner 1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 3/4 cup water 3/4 cup sour cream Aluminum foil 8-inch square baking dish 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, divided 1 cup of salsa or con queso Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare mac and cheese dinner as directed on box. While macaroni is cooking, brown ground beef in skillet; drain the ground beef. Add taco seasoning mix and water to the meat; simmer 5 min. Stir sour cream into mac and cheese; spoon half of the dinner mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish; top with layers of the ground beef mixture, 1 cup of cheese and remaining dinner mixture. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 15 min. Top with salsa or con queso and remaining shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for 5 min or until the cheese is melted.
