1.00 c Cooked shrimp - (very
-small); 70 to 90 count
0.50 c Cooked black beans
0.50 c Chopped tomatoes
1.00 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
1.00 ts Olive oil
Salt; to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper;
-to taste
In a bowl combine ingredients and mix well. Season to taste with salt
and pepper. This recipe yields about 2 cups of shrimp salsa.
