Plain Pie Pastry

1 Pie
3 c Flour
1 c Shortening
1 ts Salt
1 ts Baking powder
2/3 c Water (iced)
Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl and cut in
shortening with a pastry blender. Add ice water and mix lightly
until dough forms a solid mass. Chill. Roll out and line pie shell.
Trim edges and bake at
450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
