Pineapple Salsa

Yield: 12 servings
2 c Pineapple; diced
1 c Red bell pepper; diced
1/2 c Cilantro; chopped
1/4 c Purple onions; diced
2 tb Jalapeno pepper; minced
1 tb White wine vinegar
1 tb Olive oil
1/4 ts Ground pepper; fresh ground
1 Cl Garlic; crushed

: Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well.
: Cover and chill at least 30 minutes
