Pepper Steak in the Pot

1 1/2 lb Round steak; cut in servings
Salt and pepper; to taste
Flour
2 tb Oil
1 md Onion; sliced
1 Garlic clove; minced
1 cn Italian-style tomato soup
1 c Water
1 tb Lemon juice
3 Green peppers; diced
Season the meat with salt and pepper and dust with flour. Heat oil in a
skillet and brown the meat. Alternate layers of meat, peppers, and onions
in the crockpot. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.
