Nectarine Salsa

Yield: 3 cups
3 Nectarines; diced
1/2 c Jicama; diced
1/2 Red bell pepper; thinly
. sliced
2 Green onions; thinly sliced
1 ts Ginger; grated
1/4 c Orange marmalade
Combine the nectarines, jicama, bell pepper, onions, ginger and
marmalade in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
