Mr. Food's Roasted Pepper Dip

2 Cups
1 Jar (7 oz) roasted peppers,
. drained, patted dry, and
. finely chopped (1/2 cup)
1 Container (16 oz) low-fat
. sour cream
1 ts Minced garlic
1 ts Salt
Place all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl; beat with an
electric mixer on medium speed until thoroughly blended. Serve
immediately or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container
until ready to use.
