1.00 lb Cubed beef
12.00 lg Shrimp
1.00 lg Sliced onion
2.00 Bell peppers; cut into cubes
2.00 md Sliced zucchini
12.00 Mushrooms; cut in half
Cooking oil
MMMMM-----------------------DIPPING SAUCE----------------------------
1.00 c Soy sauce
0.50 c Rice vinegar
0.50 ts Grated ginger root
1.00 c Grated daikon (japanese
-radish)
3.00 tb White toasted sesame seeds
Using a griddle, or an outdoor barbecue, grill well-oiled beef,
shrimp and vegetables until just done. Sprinkle on salt and pepper
with a flourish. Eat with the following dipping sauce: Mix all
dipping sauce ingredients. Pour in individual cups. Dip as you wish.
