Rice Dish Recipe


1 cup uncooked rice (Watermaid is what I use)
1 stick of Blue Bonnet margarine (do NOT use real butter)
1 small canCampbell’s Beef Broth
1 small can Campbell’s Consume’
Optional ingredients: Pieces \& Stem mushrooms and/or finely diced onions |Place all ingredients in an oven safe bowl and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If after that time there is still liquid on top add another 10 minutes of baking time.
