Creamed Tuna Recipe


4 servings
1 tb Butter
2 tb Flour
1 c Milk
1 cn Tuna fish 6 oz
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Melt butter in frying pan, on medium-high heat. Cream in the flour,
browning slighlty. Add milk, stirring constantly, until the mixture
begins to thicken. Add drained tuna, and continue until the tuna is
warm.

Salt and pepper to taste. Tuna saltiness varies widly, so use
caution on adding salt.

Variations: Add garlic, onion, and/or chilli powder.

Serve over dry or very lighly buttered toast.
