Hearty Beef Stew Recipe

6 Servings

2 lb Stew beef; cut in 1″ cubes
5 Carrots; cut in 1″ pieces
1 lg Onion; cut in chunks
3 Cerely stalks; sliced
1 cn Tomatoes; large
1/2 c Quick cooking tapioca
1 Clove; whole, or
-1/2 t. ground clove
Salt
Pepper

Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in crockpot. Mix thoroughly.
Cover and cook on low for 12 hours.
